"When should we arrive?"
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game time. If you’re late, we may need to start your game without the full introduction. We run on a tight schedule—just like cinemas and theaters. Before the game, we provide a mandatory briefing with rules and helpful tips to ensure the best experience. If you expect to be late, please contact us in advance.
"What room should I pick?"
Choose a theme your group will enjoy!
First-timers? Try Pirates of Tortuga or The Madman’s Playroom
Looking for a challenge? Jailbreak or Wizard Trials will test your wits
Want something unique? Lost in the Museum is played in complete darkness and relies on touch and hearing (not taste, don’t worry!)
"What languages can the rooms be played in?"
All rooms and introductions are available in Swedish and English. Please let the staff know if you’d prefer English.
"How many people can there be in one room?"
Room capacity varies—check each room’s description. We recommend 3–6 players per room for the best experience.
"Can children participate?"
Yes! Recommended minimum age is 10 years, but parental discretion is advised. Children under 15 must have a parent or guardian (18+) present on-site. They don’t need to play, but must be nearby during the game.
"We’ve never played before and we are super nervous! Help!"
Don’t worry—you’re never locked in without a clear way out. Only your team is in the room, and no prior knowledge is needed. Your game master will guide you through everything before you start. Feel free to ask questions or share any concerns during the introduction.
"How should we dress?"
Wear comfortable and casual clothes. Dressing up in team colors or costumes is encouraged! Avoid heavy layers—it can get warm once the adrenaline kicks in.
"We are a different amount of people compared to when we booked."
No problem—we can usually adjust on-site. If your group size no longer matches the number of rooms booked, please contact us—you may need to modify your reservation.
"We had so much fun playing, can we play again?"
Absolutely! If you book another game or buy a voucher right after your visit, we’ll give you a 10% discount on your next adventure.
"Do you offer any discounts for big bookings?"
We currently offer discounts for schools and after-school centers with participants up to 18 years of age. For more details, please email us at [email protected].
"What languages can the rooms be played in?"
All rooms and introductions are available in both Swedish and English. If you prefer to play in English, just let our staff know when you arrive.
"What is the maximum number of players you can take in at one time?"
To ensure the best experience, we recommend no more than 6 players per room. However, we can accommodate up to 50 players at once, divided across our 7 rooms.
"Is it possible to pay by invoice?"
Yes! To book and pay by invoice, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

We’ll make the reservation and send a confirmation to the contact person’s email. The invoice will be sent after your visit.
"We are a big group, how many rooms do I need to book?"
We recommend 4–6 players per room for the best experience. Some rooms allow more, but it’s not ideal unless necessary. We charge per person—not per room—so booking more rooms won’t affect the price.
"We are a different amount of people compared to when we booked."
No problem! We can usually adjust on-site. However, if your group size no longer matches the number of rooms booked, please contact us in advance—you may need to modify your booking.
"What if I did not enjoy my experience?"
If your experience isn’t meeting expectations, please let our staff know right away. Don’t wait until the game ends—inform us immediately if something feels uncomfortable or unsatisfactory. We’re always here to help and will do our best to improve your experience.
"Food, beverages and alcohol."
We do not serve food or drinks at our location, and we kindly ask guests not to bring their own due to allergy risks. Alcohol consumption is strictly forbidden. If we notice signs of intoxication, we reserve the right to end the game or deny participation.
"Can children participate?"
Yes! We recommend a minimum age of 10, but parental discretion is advised. Choose a room you feel is suitable for your child. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18+). They don’t need to play, but must stay on-site during the game.
"Rebookings, cancelations or no shows."
If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact us in advance depending on how many rooms you have booked:
For up to 2 rooms: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start of the game.
For 3 or more rooms: cancel or reschedule at least 120 hours (5 days) before the start of the game.
Reply to your booking confirmation before the deadline and we will help you reschedule or issue a refund. If you booked via invoice or without a deposit and failed to inform us of any changes, we will charge 250 SEK per unused room.
"Vouchers and Happy-Day Vouchers."
Vouchers purchased through our website can be used to pay for your game. After selecting your date and room, simply enter the voucher code in the field under “PAYMENT,” check the voucher box, and proceed with the payment. If the number of players exceeds the value of the voucher, you can pay for the additional players on location. If your group is smaller than what the voucher covers, we will issue a new voucher for the remaining value based on the number of unused players.
If you’ve purchased a voucher from HAPPY DAY, please contact us at [email protected] at least 24 hours before your desired game time, as we need to validate your voucher prior to your arrival. Include a photo or copy of the voucher in your email, along with the room you’d like to play, the number of participants, and your preferred date and time. We’ll take care of the reservation for you. Don’t forget to bring the physical voucher with you when you visit.
"Is your location wheelchair accessible?"
Our top floor is wheelchair accessible, and we offer two rooms—Sherlock and Jailbreak—that are fully playable for participants using a wheelchair. When booking, please mention in the comment section if any players will be in a wheelchair so we can make additional adjustments to ensure the room is as accessible as possible for everyone.
"Birthdays, Bachelor/ette party, or other fun events."
Celebrating a birthday, bachelor/ette party, or any other fun occasion? We’d love to be part of your special day! Feel free to contact us if you have any specific questions or requests. Please note that we currently do not serve food or drinks, and we strongly advise against consuming alcohol before or during your game.
"How do I book?"
Bookings are made online via our website—just click the “Book Now” button at the top of the page. If you’re a company and prefer to book via invoice, email us at [email protected] with your request and we’ll assist you. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive one, please contact us.
"How do I get to your location?"
Our address is Gästrikegatan 17, located in Vasastan, central Stockholm. The easiest way to reach us is by taking the green subway line to Sankt Eriksplan, exit Torsgatan. If you’re arriving by car, we recommend parking at Torsgatan 31—it’s just a 5-minute walk from us. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your game starts.
"Last minute booking."
For last-minute bookings or to check availability for a drop-in game, please call us at 0737324597. We cannot guarantee availability, as staffing may be limited.
"How can I pay?"
When booking, a deposit of 250 SEK per room is required. The remaining amount is paid on-site when you arrive. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express—but not cash. Companies can pay via invoice by emailing [email protected] with a booking request. You can also pay with a company card on-site and receive a receipt for accounting purposes.
"We are a big group, how many rooms do I need to book?"
We recommend a maximum of 6 players per room. Some rooms allow more, but it’s not ideal unless necessary. Aim for 4–6 players per room. We charge per person, not per room, so booking additional rooms won’t affect the price.
"We are a different amount of people compared to when we booked."
No problem—this can usually be adjusted on-site. However, if your group becomes significantly larger or smaller than the number of rooms booked, please contact us in advance as your booking may need to be changed.
"I never got my receipt!"
If you need a copy of your receipt from the on-site payment or didn’t receive your online booking receipt, email us and we’ll send it to you. Sometimes it ends up in the spam folder, so be sure to check there first.
